Ya Wanna Know??

Ok, so I leave Monday for Hawaii over the Thanksgiving break. I know you are jealous, but....

Anyway, what I am going to do is leave the comments open and you can ask me anything you want to know (within reason, keep it clean!!!) While I am away I will try and answer them. That way I will (hopefully) have something to blog about.

I really would hate to keep posting photos of us on the beach, in the sun and warmth with the beauty of the islands around us. That could REALLY get old, couldn't it?

Ask Away,

Which part of Hawaii? Have you ever been? My husband and I went in 2002 to Kauai. Best trip of my life!!!

Of course we want to see pictures!

Okay what would I like to ask? Do you like to read? If so, who? I like to get other's opinions about authors and then check them out for myself.

Oh...have a GREAT time!

Pictures are welcome! Right now the temp is somewhere in the teens and I am so cold! Some warm sunshine would be nice.

Hey Stephanie:
I've been meaning to stop by and THANK YOU for your generous gift of the entire Third Day catalog. I was embarrassed that I hadn't heard their music, but I could tell I won a coveted prize, so I was eager to dive in. What a treat! I love alternative rock, so I completely fell right in love with Third Day. I have listened to each album in order now and must say that I agree with you - Revelation is quite lovely. Thank you for exposing me to such great music. It was a pleasure to meet you!

Been a reader of your blog for awhile.
I couldn't fly from Kauai to GA for the blogging party, but I'll be on Oahu this weekend for the concert Sat. if you want to meet up and say,"hi".

Since we all go there to do tourist things, what's there for the natives to do besides entertain us? Also, on Thanksgiving, do they cook a turkey instead of pig for the luau?

PS I want to see lots of pictures!!!

Have a wonderful vacation.

I saw on Twitter that Mark was going to Hawaii and I kept feeling bad for you, thinking you weren't going. That would have been SUCH a bummer.

Glad to see you're going too!

Have a wonderful time.

Question for you. Your a busy women, 2 children, friend, business owner, wife of a husband who travels for a living... so where do you fit in your God time? What has been the best way you have found time for Bible studies/prayer/etc.? I know this was probably different with 1 child vs. a baby now so how about a before baby #2 and after. Many of us struggle with finding the time, wondering what/if you've found a way to make it work.

Where do you like to shop? Do you have a fave label or line?
Where did you get those divine black knee boots I saw you in last winter? :)

It's so cool seeing your twitpics and all your updates as y'all travel.
Do you ever get overwhelmed or feel weird about strangers seeing your babies?
Just curious because I do... and I'm not a celebrity... of course mine are not babies anymore! lol

=D

I've been dying to ask you a question. Here's mine!

I just finished up two months of campagin work and 23 days of writing obsessively on my novel for NaNoWriMo. Its been wonderfully busy and I wouldn't have traded in a minute of any of it! Thing is, I don't have kids or a job, so I've had plenty of time to dedicate to these passions.

That being said, how do you deal with being a mom, running a boutique, and a husband on the road? When do you fit in Stepahnie time or God time? What do you do when you do get time alone, how do you spend it? =)

I hope you, Mark, Mac, and the girls have a lovely time in Hawaii!

I hate to do this to you, I bet you get fans doing this ALL the time, but I have made a store to raise the money I need to go to Scotland for a few months.

Anyway, I designed a shirt for Third Day fans that says "Hangin' With my Gomies" and I thought maybe you could kinda...plug it for me? *sweet smile*

You don't have to, its just a request! =)

It was so cool to meet you at the concert! My question is how did you enjoy working the merchandise table?

Below is a song we sing to people at our church who we are saying, "goodbye" to when they are moving off island. I thought about it after I saw the picture of you and Abbie looking to say goodbye to the islands. I can't tell you the tune it's sung in, maybe Mark or Mac know it...but, read the words to Abbie...

Aloha(name of song)

Aloha may you know His peace

Aloha may He guide and keep

Be faithful, Be true

Until at His feet

Redeemed, we shall say “Aloha”

OK...I have a question :) We are going to be "down home" for Christmas - my family lives in Powder Springs. Where exactly is the Pink Elephant (I am familiar with Marietta, it's just been a few years since I've been around the square...) and what are the chances I could hook up with you guys? I promise I'm not a strange stalker type...wait, might want to nix the "strange" part, between Mark, Mac and Aimee, well, they knew me too well in high school! - but I'm not a stalker :) Have 4 kids...no time to stalk! It's usually pretty crazy trying to fit in all the family stuff but I do try and make time to visit with old friends whenever I get the chance!
